A1: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2: Can I get my hair exactly as the picture?
A2: Possibly. Remember that we offer human, unprocessed hair and bundles can vary in both curl pattern and color (slightly). Some bundles are curlier, looser, or straighter than others. You can make a specific request when you place your order and we will do our best to honor it, however we cannot guarantee that your bundles will exactly match what you see on pictures, videos, or prior purchases.
Q3: What type of hair care products should I use?
A3: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.
Q4. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A4: Your hair extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing ( hand comb or wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash condition your hair at least once week, twice a week is better use hydrating drops or consult your more help.
Q5. How can i order mixed length hair specially?
A5: If you can not find the mixed length hair in the products, you could place an order firstly, but not pay it immediately, leave a message of the mixed length hair which you want, contact the seller to adjust the amount,then you can pay!
Q6: How long will it take to get my package?
